Planning Commissioners on Tuesday noted that Penguins-picked developer Buccini/Pollin Group submitted a 101 page document shortly before the meeting and the community and the commissioners did not have enough time to go through it. At the commission’s public hearing on the proposal, around half a dozen Hill residents expressed their disapproval of the plan.
