Alayna Hutchinson
Alayna is the membership and communications associate at Pittsburgh’s Public Source, where she helps manage donations and supports fundraising and audience growth efforts. Originally from Beaver County, she’s a graduate of Ohio University’s Scripps College of Communication and holds a master’s in journalism from Temple University. She previously worked as a freelance journalist in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, reporting on housing, education, food insecurity and Pennsylvania prisons, and earlier held roles in education and public relations in Washington, D.C.
