Oakland Food Pantry faces ‘a really tough balance’ between emerging needs, tight supplies, neighborhood norms

Oakland Food Pantry’s efforts drew more refugees and immigrants to the pantry. High food prices and the end of pandemic-era food benefits are driving demand, too.
