Allegheny County youth are using homelessness services at nearly pre-pandemic rates. Many more may be housing insecure, but invisible.

Over the past eight years, housing insecurity has taken many forms for Juno St. Robbins.  It’s been nights in the bunkbeds of Allegheny County’s shelters. Nights in a house that made him feel unsafe.
