Former President Donald Trump was shot in Butler, Pennsylvania, a little more than 30 miles northeast of Pittsburgh. A 20-year-old from Allegheny County attempted to assassinate him. Three Pittsburgh-area men were also shot, one fatally. This week, people all over Southwestern Pennsylvania are trying to make sense of this and we want to hear from you.
Is this changing how you see your home and our region? How is this affecting your families and your friendships? What are you telling your kids? How has this changed how you’re viewing this election, the trajectory of America’s democracy and Pennsylvania’s critical role? Are you frightened, energized, worried?
We’ll publish a selection of your thoughts and observations on our website.
