Tens of thousands of people in the Pittsburgh area lost power Thursday night, as storms blew through the area.
As of Friday morning, 22,312 Duquesne Light Company customers were without power in Allegheny County, as well as 3,858 FirstEnergy customers. In Westmoreland County, 41,474 customers were waiting for the lights to come back on.
